Meteorological Predictions
Humid circumstances were predicted to continue along much of eastern Queensland this coming days as a low-pressure trough continued to pull in damp air against the coast.
The following day was predicted as the wettest day, with persistent thunderstorm potential predicted across different parts of both regions.
Health Warning
Public health experts cautioned that there was an greater possibility of thunderstorm-induced asthma across the countryside regions, especially given the existing atmospheric conditions.
